The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received an incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, personalized/custom-made products, and final sale items (e.g., clearance or discounted goods).
2. Refund Process
Inspection Required: Returns must be received and inspected by our team before approval.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.
Final sale items (e.g., clearance, promotions, or discounted products).
Original shipping fees (unless the error was due to our fault).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a refund or return:

Reason for the return.
Photos of the item (if defective/damaged).
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
